Every order made up until 16:00 PM (GMT) of every day between Monday to Friday, will be collected and shipped the next day using the stated methods.
Deliveries will usually take place within 3 to 5 days, however we cannot guarantee there will not be a delay due to an event outside our control.
Due to the huge cost savings being passed on, delivery charges will be charged at a flat fee of £10 (or equivalent), regardless of the number of items ordered, unless the value of your order exceeds £200 (or equivalent), in which case the delivery will be FREE OF CHARGE.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return your item(s) and receive a refund. In order to do so, you must notify us in accordance with our Refund Policy within 15 days of receiving the Goods.
